In 2015, VAKAY won the World Summit Award for the best innovative business
and commerce from Tunisia.
The World Summit Awards (WSA) is an international competition which aims to
select and promote the world’s best companies in business, It has been
founded in the framework of the United Nations’ World Summit on the
Information Society (WSIS), mandated by the WSIS Plan of Action, and
cooperates with UNESCO and UNIDO, and is organized by the International
Center for New Media (ICNM), Salzburg, Austria.
This was one of the huge success that VAKAY has witnessed especially in its
second year of official launching. Winning the WSA led VAKAY team to a non-
stop creative process reflected in their artifacts.
