What is the warranty policy on Vakay eyewear?
If the purchased product is defective due to manufacturing defects, the customer is entitled to claims for a full year. Write us an email to hi@vakayeyewear.com and our customer care services will assist you to get a replacement.

What is your international returns policy?
At VAKAY, we guarantee the quality of our eyewear. If you are not happy with your glasses, simply contact us for a refund or a replacement. We offer a 14-Day Fit & Style guarantee which allows customers to make an equal exchange or return with no questions asked. VAKAY eyewear purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
How should I take care of my Vakay eyewear?
Every Vakay eyewear is treated with a special blend of non-allergenic and natural wood varnish. This protective coating keeps the wood from drying and cracking. It is recommended that you avoid exposing your sunglasses to high temperatures (over 40°C) or keeping them underwater for too long. The general rule to taking care of wooden sunglasses remains the same for any other type of glasses; If you’re not wearing them, best to keep them in a hard case!
